Can I choose the flowers of the bouquet?
The photos you find on the website or on our Instagram page are indicative of the style of the bouquet you will receive. Every week we choose the freshest flowers blossomed in the field, for this reason we do not give the possibility to choose a composition but to indicate a preference (or non-preference) of colors and flowers when ordering, we will try to respect it!
How do I understand how big the bouquets are?
We offer three sizes of bouquets, the RAW Petit which has 6 to 8 stems, the RAW Bouquet from 13 to 16 and the RAW Jar from 21 to 25. The number of stems includes both flowers and grasses and branches of green. Every week the assortment of flowers is different and therefore the diameter of the bouquet can vary by a few centimeters.
Do you deliver outside Milan?
No, we are currently delivering to the city of Milan but we hope to be able to reopen soon for deliveries in the hinterland and province.
When does my bouquet arrive?
The delivery dates available on the website are guaranteed. If you need delivery on a different day, contact us at . On the day of delivery you will receive an email with the confirmation of the shipment and the time it will be made. We ask you to indicate in the notes to the order concierge times or when the recipient will be at home.
What happens if you don't find the recipient on delivery?
We will try to contact the number you left us when ordering. If we are unable to get in touch with anyone, the delivery will be canceled and a new order will be required.
Can I pay with PayPal or ApplePay?
No, our system is secure and supports payments with all credit and debit cards.
Can I have an electronic invoice?
When ordering you will receive a simplified invoice by email, at the moment we do not issue electronic invoices for orders from the site. If you need to place multiple orders for your company, contact us at before making the purchase.

Can I change the shipping address?

No, if you cannot receive an order, we offer you to change the shipping address, change the delivery date or receive a voucher of the same amount to be used within a year.
Do you have a physical store?
No, at the moment our laboratory is not open to the public and we only sell online.
What can I do if the flowers arrive damaged?
The quality of our products and services is very important to us. If you receive a damaged bouquet, we ask you to send us a photo of the problem within 12 hours of delivery. We will offer you a discount coupon or send you a new bouquet.
