These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access or use, a natural person of applications, websites, content, products and services (the "Services") made available by Libellula di Martina Bodini , a sole proprietorship established in Italy, with headquarters in, Corso di Porta Romana, 74, 20122, Milan, registered at the Chamber of Commerce of Milan with REA number MI-2544310.



Access to and use of the Services constitutes your acceptance to be bound by these Terms, and thereby establishes a contractual relationship between you and Libellula. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede any previous agreement or understanding with you. Libellula can immediately terminate these Terms or the Services used by you, or in general cease the offer or deny access to the Services or part of them, at any time and for any reason.


Libellula may change the Terms relating to the Services from time to time. The changes will come into effect with the publication by Libellula of these updated Terms on this site or the modified policies or Additional Terms on the applicable Services. Continued access or use of the Services after such publication constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.


The collection and use of personal data in relation to the Services complies with the provisions of the Libellula Privacy Policy.


Our services

On the site www.rawfleurs.it it is possible to buy floral bouquets; delivered by Libellula or by persons appointed by the latter in the Milan area. Some products require longer delivery times.

All the Libellula bouquets displayed in the catalogs are made by Libellula using quality and extremely fresh flowers and plants. In some cases the delivered product may differ slightly from the representation in the photo as each Libellula floral craftsman is characterized by his own creative sensibility, experience and uses a seasonal product subject to natural changes. Consequently the photos are only illustrative.


Third-party services and content

The Services can be made available or accessible in connection with the services and content of third parties (including advertising), which Libellula does not control. You acknowledge that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to your use of such services and third-party content. Libellula does not approve these services and third-party content and in no case will Libellula be responsible for the products or services of such third-party suppliers.



The Services and all related rights are and will remain the property of Libellula, or their respective licensors. Neither these Terms nor their use of the Services transfer or assign any right to you: (i) in connection with the Services, except for the limited license granted above or (ii) to use or refer to names in any way of the company, logos, product or service names, trademarks, or service marks of Libellula or those of Libellula's licensors.


Order and payment

Once the destination has been identified, the customer can choose the product that satisfies his needs compatibly with the desired delivery date.

You can add a text to the ticket that will eventually accompany the selected product. Alternatively you can use one of the texts we have selected for each occasion.

He will have to provide some of his personal data and will have to enter the recipient's data carefully, paying the utmost attention to the correct insertion of the information necessary to guarantee the order's success.

The insertion of the data indicated above is necessary for sending the invoice and for the correct execution of the order.

The Parties do not intend to attribute to the insertion of the data indicated above the consent value of the customer to legitimize Libellula to act also in the name of the client.

Finally, to complete the order, in compliance with the provisions of art. 1719 of the civil code, will have to make the payment through credit card online: it will be enough to insert the data of the own card (type of card, number, expiration date and if necessary the control code). The transaction will be managed entirely by Stripe guaranteeing the highest levels of security.

Promotional Codes

Libellula may, at its sole discretion, create promotional codes that can be redeemed as discount vouchers. The user acknowledges that the Promotional Codes: (i) must be used for the intended recipients and purpose, and in a lawful way (ii) cannot be duplicated, sold or transferred in any way, or made available to the general public (published in a form accessible to the public or otherwise), unless explicit authorization of Libellula (iii) may be disabled by Libellula at any time, for any reason, without any liability towards Libellula (iv) may be used only in accordance with specific terms that Libellula establishes for this Promotional Code (v) are not valid as a form of liquidity and (vi) could expire before being used. Libellula reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained through the use of Promotional Codes by you or any other user if Libellula determines or believes that the use or refund of the Promotional Code was due a mistake, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the terms of the applicable Promotional Code or these Terms.



The prices shown in the Libellula online catalog next to each product are VAT included.

The prices shown include payments for products, deliveries and credit card payment fees.

In the event that the recipient refuses, without a plausible reason, the flowers delivered by our florist, the latter will still have the right to be paid in full for delivery made empty.

Delivery and supply conditions

Free standard delivery [WHITE AREA]

Free delivery from Monday to Friday 8am-7pm.

Free evening delivery [WHITE AREA]

Free delivery two days a week from 7pm to 9pm, available dates at check-out.

Scheduled morning delivery [WHITE AREA]

Two days a week from 9am to 1pm, available dates at check-out. Cost €6,00.

Delivere [BLUE AREA]

Delivery costs €2,50 from Monday to Friday 8am-7pm.

Out of delivery area 

Delivery in Monza and its province extra cost €8 all year. Delivery in Varese and its province + Como and its province  extra cost €8 available only from March to October. Contact ciao@rawfleurs.com before placing the order for confirmation.

Extra delivery

Monday-Thursday extra cost €8 for scheduled delivery.

Orders required for the following holidays: Valentine's Day; Women's Day; Easter; Mother's Day; Christmas; New Year, given the expected delivery volume, can be delivered the day before or after the holiday date.

Deliveries are not made to campsites, military bases, on boats, in port areas and at airports.

Delivery is considered to have been duly completed with the signature and indication of the name of the personnel in charge of receiving the delivery on receipt.

Should Libellula not find the recipient or a person appointed by him to receive the order, the order must return to our laboratory. In this case we leave a note or a message to program another delivery, it being understood that the more time the flower remains in the boxes, the more it will lose its quality of freshness. After one unsuccessful delivery attempt, delivery is no longer guaranteed and a new order may be required.

Libellula does not assume any responsibility in the event that the order is not realized due to the fact that the data provided by the user are phases, incorrect or incomplete or due to causes outside the scope of responsibility of the delivery agency, such as the absence of user.

Shipping times are approximate. However, Libellula does its best to respect them.

Orders to be delivered in public or large places such as hospitals, hotels, residences, companies, universities or public buildings need very detailed information otherwise we will not be able to guarantee delivery. For example, in the space dedicated to the notes, give the name, telephone number, details of the office of competence and opening times to the public. We will try to deliver your bouquet of flowers according to the rules of each building, however we cannot be held responsible if these organizations prevent it. Libellula cannot authorize any reimbursement in the event that an order could not be delivered due to the circumstances described above.

Delivery in Italy is operated by a Libellula partner courier. The cost of delivery is € 10.00 per order. If the courier does not find the recipient or a person appointed by him to receive the order, he will deposit the package at the nearest UPS Access Point center and the recipient will be responsible for collecting the package. If the package is not collected by the date indicated by the courier, it will return to our laboratory. Neither the cost of the goods nor the shipping will be refunded. Libellula undertakes to reschedule a second shipment with the consent of the recipient at a cost of € 10.00 per order.

Correctness of the address of the recipient

Please check that the address and telephone number indicated are correct and complete. We cannot accept any liability for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information. To allow the carrier to execute the order in time and without problems, it is advisable to provide the following additional information:

In case of delivery to the hospital, indicate if possible the ward and the room number.

In case of delivery to a hotel, please - if possible - indicate the room number and the name under which the recipient or recipient is registered at the hotel.


Order confirmation

For every order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes containing the order number as well as detailed information about the product purchased, the price, the delivery date and the address of the sender and recipient.

We assure you that all your orders will be carried out with competence and quality and that the flowers and compositions will be delivered fresh. Our guarantee includes:

the quality and the absolute freshness of the product

delivery for the requested day

the price published on the site

For any type of complaint, please write to us at ciao@rawfleurs.com within and no later than 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Cancellation / right to revoke the order

Fresh or dried flowers order can't be refund, cancellation of the order is approved up to 3 business day prior to the planned delivery date, following the issue of a same-amount voucher to be used within a year. After this deadline the total cost is charged. Cancellation requests must be sent to the e-mail address ciao@rawfleurs.com.

If you have purchased a workshop ticket or had a ticket purchased for you, we are unable to accept refunds within 10 business days of the event. A fee of 50% will be applied 10 to 5 business days before the event. After this deadline the cost of participation will be charged in full.

Reports of copyright infringement must be sent to ciao@rawfleurs.com.




Libellula can send notification via a general notice on the Services, by e-mail to the e-mail address in your Account. You can send notification to Libellula by written notice to Libellula by Martina Bodini in Corso di Porta Romana, 74, 20122, Milan, Italy.
